Summer State Meets:
Discussed formats for the summer meets.Zone C Information:1) 14&U Meet: Agreed on addition of 400 IM and 800 Free for 11-12 age groups. Limit of 5 individual events plus relays for all age groups. Time standards are the same as the winter. There will be time trials offered on Saturday after finals and Sunday after the mile in the afternoon. This will be an open time trial and will be a last chance to qualify for the age group zone meet and for senior nationals.
2) Senior Meet: You can prove the 50 times 2 ways. If you can prove the 50 free cut, you can swim all of the 50’s. If you don’t have a provable 50 free cut, you can swim a 50 of a stroke if you have the 100 cut of that same stroke. Time trials will be offered on Friday afternoon and Sunday after finals.

b) Application must include 2 letters of recommendation
c) Participate in LSC meets
d) Maintain a consistent training regiment
e) World Ranked swimmers will be given priority
2003 Spring State Meets
2) Regardless of the format, the dates will be as follows: Younger swimmer state meet will be March 7-9 and the Senior meet will be February 27-March 2.
